1. The proportional output is immune to power supply drift. The output ranges from 10% to 90% of the supply voltage. The control board uses the same 5V as the A/D reference. The power supply fluctuations cancel each other out simultaneously, and the measurement accuracy is not affected by the power supply ripple. It is more suitable for long-distance transmission within the unit than fixed voltage output.
2. The silicon strain gauge has high accuracy. The typical ±0.3% FS, maximum ±0.8% FS, non-linear BFSL is only ±0.2%. The full temperature range has undergone selective temperature compensation. The reading does not deviate when the refrigerant temperature changes, and it can meet the judgment thresholds for unit loading/unloading adjustment and high/low pressure protection.
3. Sealed gauge pressure reference. Internal sealed with 1013 mbar reference atmospheric pressure. The reading is not affected by external air pressure and altitude. The unit does not need to be recalibrated to zero in different regions and seasons.
4. Robust and durable structure. Stainless steel contact diaphragm and housing, resistant to 500g impact, 20g vibration, 1m free drop, resistant to refrigerant corrosion and pressure shock; IP65 (with mating plug-in connector), medium/environment temperature -40 to 85 ℃.
5. Fast response and comprehensive certification. Response time is approximately 4 ms, able to keep up with compressor transients. Certified by CE, UL, ATEX Zone 2, etc., compatible with R134a, R1234ze, ammonia, CO₂, etc. various refrigerants.
6. Convenient maintenance. Standard threaded interface and industrial plug, can be replaced by plugging in and unplugging while powered on. No on-site zero point and range calibration required. Short downtime.
