Strain gauge conversion link. Exhaust pressure is transmitted through a stainless steel diaphragm to the silicon strain gauge chip. The diffusion resistor changes its resistance value with deformation, and the Wheatstone bridge outputs a millivolt-level differential signal. This signal is then amplified, linearized, and temperature compensated by the ASIC, ultimately outputting 0.5–4.5 VDC. This link has no mechanical transmission components and does not suffer from wear, wear-out, or hysteresis.
Ratiometric output. The output is always 10%–90% of the supply voltage. The control board uses the same 5 V as the A/D reference, and the power supply ripple is cancelled simultaneously in the numerator and denominator. Long-distance transmission does not lose accuracy - this is the key to its stable operation in the strong electromagnetic environment of the unit.
Range conversion. This range has a reference point of 0 psi → 0.5 V, 650 psi → 4.5 V. The slope is approximately 6.15 mV/psi, i.e., P = (V − 0.5) × 162.5. Note the difference from the 0–400 psi range (slope 10 mV/psi, i.e., V = P × 0.01 + 0.5). Installing the wrong range will directly cause the panel pressure reading to be systematically low by about 38%.
Sealed gauge pressure reference. The internal packaging uses a reference atmospheric pressure of 1013 mbar, and the reading is not affected by altitude and seasonal pressure changes. No on-site zeroing is required.
Operational adaptability. Accuracy is typically ±0.3% FS, non-linearity is ±0.2% FS, full temperature range selective compensation; medium -40 to 85 ℃, response time approximately 4 ms, can keep up with compressor transients; resistant to 500 g impact, 20 g vibration, tolerance to pressure pulsations on the exhaust side, IP65 (with mating plug-in connector). CE, UL, ATEX Zone 2 certifications are obtained, compatible with R134a, R1234ze, ammonia and CO₂.
