Trane FLR01592 OIL FILTER

Trane FLR01592 is a factory-original screw-type lubricating oil filter. It is 8 inches in length and has a filtration accuracy of 3 microns. It can replace FLR1592 and FLR-1592. It is mainly used in Trane centrifugal chiller units, including CVHE, CVHG, CVGF, CDHG, and the direct-drive CentraVac series models such as CDHF1500, CDHF2000, and CDHF2100. Each unit is equipped with one of these filters to deeply purify the compressor lubricating oil, intercept metal debris, carbides, oil sludge and dust, protect high-speed bearings, speed-up gears, shaft seals and thrust discs, and prevent scratching, wear and erosion, thereby extending the lifespan of the compressor and refrigerating oil. This replacement model is molded according to the original factory interface and dimensions at a 1:1 ratio. It uses imported high-precision glass fiber composite filter material, combined with carbon steel frame and folding wave technology, with large filtration capacity and small initial pressure drop. It has excellent pressure resistance and temperature resistance performance to meet the long-term high-load operation conditions of centrifugal machines. The screw-type structure comes with its own seal, and during installation, no additional gaskets need to be purchased. It can be tightened and replaced simply by hand, shortening the on-site maintenance time.
