Trane FLR03434 OIL FILTER

Trane FLR03434 is a special type of oil filter element for the GP2 screw compressor, with the original factory reference number X09130085010. It is designed for use with CHHP and CHHT type screw compressors and is suitable for Series R air-cooled and water-cooled screw chiller units such as RTAC, RTAD, RTWB, RTUB, RTWD, etc. It can replace FLR3434 and FLR-3434. It is installed on the lubricating oil line of the compressor, filtering out metal particles, carbides, oil sludge and impurities in the refrigerating oil, maintaining the cleanliness of the oil circuit and stable oil pressure, preventing abnormal wear of the rotor and bearings, and avoiding the triggering of the unit's protection shutdown due to insufficient oil supply. This replacement model is molded exactly 1:1 according to the original factory dimensions and interfaces, using efficient glass fiber folded filter material, with a large filtration capacity and low initial pressure drop. It can be directly installed in the original filter housing. This product is a set with gasket and end cover gasket GKT03852 and O-ring RNG01697. It is fully equipped in one set and does not require separate purchase of parts, avoiding leakage of the filter housing due to missed sealing parts; the original factory also suggests replacing the gasket at the same time as the oil filter. Replacement time: perform regular maintenance annually, replace the refrigerating oil each time, or replace when the pressure difference of the oil filter abnormally increases; install by evenly tightening the end cover at 90-degree angles according to the torque, do not over-tighten to cause deformation.
