Trane FLR01353 OIL FILTER

Trane FLR01353 is the original factory screw compressor oil filter element of Trane. The original factory reference number is X09130070010 (X09130070-010). The specification is 2.75-inch outer diameter × 6.35-inch length. It is compatible with GP1 type 35 to 60 ton screw compressors and is used in Series R air-cooled and water-cooled screw chiller units such as RTAA, RTAB, RTRA, RTWA, RTUA, etc. It can replace FLR-1353. It is installed on the compressor lubricating oil path, intercepting metal particles, sludge and impurities in the refrigerating oil, maintaining the cleanliness of the oil path and stable oil pressure, avoiding abnormal wear of the rotor and bearing and triggering the protection shutdown of the unit due to insufficient oil supply. The original factory supplies it as a complete assembly kit, which includes the filter element body, end cover gasket GKT03826 and gasket. When replacing, there is no need to purchase additional sealing parts; when the gasket ages and deforms, it is recommended to order separately. This replacement model is molded according to the original factory dimensions and interfaces at a 1:1 ratio. It uses efficient glass fiber folded filter material, with a filtration accuracy of approximately 5 microns, large filtration capacity and small initial pressure drop. Installation does not require modification and can be directly installed in the original filter housing. Replacement time: Replace annually during regular maintenance, every time when the refrigerating oil is replaced, or when the pressure difference before and after the oil filter increases abnormally; when installing, evenly and symmetrically tighten the end cover according to the torque, do not over-tighten to cause deformation and leakage.
