Expected effect after replacement:
The panel readings are accurate. Convert from 0 psi to 0.5 V, 125 psi to 4.5 V, the slope is 32 mV/psi. After installation, it should be consistent with the mechanical pressure gauge at the same point, with the deviation usually falling within ±0.8% FS (approximately ±1 psi).
The unit's regulation recovers smoothly. The suction pressure is a key input for loading/unloading and valve opening degree. After the signal stabilizes, there will no longer be repeated load increase/decrease, the temperature fluctuation of the outlet water narrows, and the low-pressure misstoppage disappears.
The protection threshold takes effect. The low suction pressure alarm and evaporator anti-freezing protection return to the normal operating point.
Long-term stability. Laser welding for gas tightness, selective temperature compensation, the reading does not deviate when the refrigerant temperature changes; IP65 (with a plug-in connector) resistant to condensation and dampness.
The prerequisite for ensuring the effect:
The same range (-000 of 0–200 psi cannot be substituted, which will cause the reading to be approximately 37% lower), the same pressure reference (sealed gauge pressure), and the same output form (0.5–4.5 VDC proportion).
Installation: The threaded seal should be moderate and not block the diaphragm; use the wrench to clamp the hexagonal body, do not clamp the shell or plug; the pressure interface and the plug outlet should face downward to prevent water accumulation; install the body first and then fix the cable.
Connection: Pin 1 for power supply, Pin 2 for common, Pin 3 for signal, the shield layer is grounded at one point.
After installation, use a calibrated pressure gauge for actual measurement and comparison, do not only trust the panel display.
