1. The panel readings have returned to accuracy. By linearly converting from 0 psi to 0.5 V and from 200 psi to 4.5 V, the slope is 20 mV/psi. After installation, the suction pressure and saturation evaporation temperature readings on the control panel should be basically consistent with those of the mechanical pressure gauge at the same point, with deviations typically falling within ±0.8% FS (approximately ±1.6 psi).
2. The unit's adjustment has returned to stability. Suction pressure is a key input for loading/unloading and guide vane opening. After replacement, the unit no longer repeatedly adds or reduces load due to signal jumps, the fluctuation of the outlet water temperature narrows, and surge and low-pressure misstops disappear.
3. Protection functions have taken effect. Low suction pressure alarm and anti-freezing protection have returned to normal operating thresholds, avoiding the risk of evaporator cracking due to freezing.
4. Long-term stability. Laser welding for airtightness + selective temperature compensation. The reading does not deviate when the refrigerant temperature changes, and IP65 protection (with a plug-in connector) is resistant to condensation and moisture.
