Clean the inner wall of the crankcase installation hole and the sealing end face, remove oil stains, rust, and impurities to ensure the sealing surface is flat.
During installation, insert the oil-resistant sealing ring into the threaded section of the heater, ensuring it is centered and without distortion; fully insert the heating end into the crankcase oil pool, ensuring the heating element is completely submerged below the normal oil level and exposing the oil surface for dry burning. Use a torque wrench to tighten the installation joint according to the original factory torque specification to avoid excessive force causing the shell to slip or the heater to deform.
The electrical wiring uses an independent power supply circuit, following the original factory logic of "continuous power supply when the compressor stops and联动 when it is running", connect the phase wire, neutral wire, and reliably ground them according to the diagram, secure the terminal connection firmly and ensure insulation. The accompanying temperature control switch needs to be fixed tightly against the outer wall of the crankcase.
After installation, let it stand for 1-2 hours to check if there is any oil leakage at the sealing area. Power on and test to confirm that the oil temperature rises steadily and there is no local overheating. For the first use, it is necessary to preheat continuously for at least 8 hours. After the liquid refrigerant has fully evaporated, the compressor can be started. For long-term shutdown, keep the heater powered on, and conduct regular inspections of the sealing and wiring conditions.
