1. High range matching degree. 125 psi full range is matched with a 4 V output span, approximately 32 mV/psi, and the resolution is more than three times that of the 0–400 psi range. The suction pressure is usually in the 30–70 psi range, and a narrow range is necessary to distinguish subtle changes, directly determining the accuracy of water temperature control.
2. Proportional output resistance to power supply drift. The output is 10%–90% of the power supply, and the control board uses the same 5 V as the A/D reference. The power supply ripple is cancelled simultaneously in the numerator and denominator, and the long-distance transmission within the unit does not lose accuracy.
3. Sealed gauge pressure reference. The internal packaging includes a 1013 mbar reference atmospheric pressure, and the reading is not affected by altitude and seasonal pressure fluctuations. The units in different regions do not need to be recalibrated to zero.
4. Accuracy and stability. The silicon pressure resistor core body has a typical ±0.3% FS and non-linearity of ±0.2% FS. Selective temperature compensation is available in the full temperature range; laser welding for airtightness, and resistance to refrigerant micro-leakage.
5. Robust and durable, with complete certifications. Stainless steel contact components, resistant to 500 g impact, 20 g vibration, IP65 (with a connecting plug); CE, UL, ATEX Zone 2 compliance, compatible with common refrigerants such as R134a.
6. Maintenance-free. Factory calibration is completed, no zero or range adjustment is required at the site, and the replacement downtime is short.
