Replacement Points
The front axle journal must be smooth without burrs or scratches; otherwise, the axle must be repaired or replaced with a new sleeve.
The friction surface must not be touched by hand; during assembly, apply refrigerated oil for lubrication.
Strictly control the installation height (X value) and compression amount as per the manufacturer's specifications. Deviations can lead to early failure or leakage.
The end cover bolts should be evenly tightened diagonally to prevent the carbon ring from bending or cracking.
After replacement, re-measure the shaft runout, evacuate and pressurize for leak detection. Confirm there is no leakage before restarting.
