1. Narrow measurement range leads to high resolution. With a full-scale pressure of 12.5 psi and a 4 V output range, approximately 320 mV per psi, it is over 30 times that of the 0–400 psi range. The evaporator often operates at 4–8 psia under low load, and the narrow measurement range can distinguish changes of a few psi at the zero point, directly determining the accuracy of water outlet temperature control and the reliability of freeze protection.
2. Absolute pressure reference, unique reading. With vacuum as the reference, it is not affected by altitude, weather pressure fluctuations; the chiller unit converts according to the refrigerant saturation pressure-temperature relationship, and must use absolute pressure. The gauge pressure component will bring a fixed deviation of about 14.7 psi.
3. Proportional output anti-interference. The output is 10%–90% of the power supply, and the control board uses the same 5 V as the A/D reference. The power supply ripple is automatically cancelled, and the accuracy is not lost during long-distance transmission within the unit; reverse connection of the input has protection.
4. SAE straight thread + O-ring seal. 1/2″-20 UNF with an O-ring, reliable sealing, can be repeatedly disassembled, and is less likely to leak in low-pressure and vacuum conditions than conical threads.
5. Strong structure, maintenance-free. Stainless steel contact components, resistant to vibration and pressure shock. Factory calibration is completed, no zero adjustment or range adjustment is needed on site, and the replacement and shutdown time is short.
