Parker Sporlan SEHI100 10S Expansion Valve

SEHI belongs to the large cooling capacity segment of the Sporlan SER/SERI/SEHI three major electronic expansion valve series. It is a stepper motor direct-drive flow control valve used for precisely controlling the liquid supply to the evaporator in chiller units, heat pumps, and industrial refrigeration systems. The synchronous pulse-driven motor generates discrete angular displacements, which are converted to precise linear displacements of the valve core through a 12.25:1 reduction gear and a screw. The valve core and the flow port are specially designed with a special profile, resulting in extremely high flow resolution.
Main technical specifications: Two-phase bipolar stepper motor, power supply 12 VDC (-5% to +10%), each phase resistance 75 Ω ±10%, each phase current 160 mA, power consumption approximately 3.8 W (less than 4 W); each step travel approximately 0.00007" (0.002 mm), full travel approximately 6386 steps, total travel time approximately 34 seconds; maximum working pressure 620 psig (43 bar), maximum operating pressure difference 500 psid (34 bar); operating temperature range -45 to +68℃; the SEHI series comes with an internal sight glass, allowing direct reading of refrigerant humidity, flash gas, and observation of the valve core movement; the interface is ODF welding, and the valve body structure is divided into straight-through and right-angle types. It is suitable for CFC/HCFC/HFC (including R410A) and subcritical CO₂, and compatible with mineral oil, POE ester oils, and alkylbenzene oils.
