The production process of circuit boards mainly includes the following steps:

Printed circuit board. Use transfer paper to print printed circuit board color patterns, ensuring good printing results. Cut the copper plate to the desired size and polish the surface oxide layer with fine sandpaper so that the toner can be firmly printed on the copper plate. ‌

Transfer board ": Stick the pattern of the circuit board on the copper plate and place it in the machine for transfer. The transfer temperature is usually set between 160-200 degrees Celsius, please pay attention to safety during operation.

Corrosion circuit board: Check if the transmission is complete. If any area is not moving correctly, you can use the black oily handle to repair it. Then use a corrosive solution (concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated hydrogen peroxide, and water in a ratio of 1:2:3) to corrode the exposed copper film. After cleaning, corrosion can be completed.

Drilling: Select the appropriate drilling needle based on the thickness of the electronic component contacts to drill holes and insert the circuit board into the electronic component.

Welding electronic components: After drilling, clean the toner on the circuit board and wash it. Finally, solder electronic components to achieve the functionality of the circuit.
