SWT03335 (IFM model SC0525, project number X13790871040) is a Trane original factory thermal diffusion electronic flow switch, with an orange label, factory-set speed of 60 cm/s, being the highest grade of the SC052x series water machine. It is powered by 24V AC/DC with ±15% tolerance, has an open circuit output, ½″ NPT thread paired with M12 plug, IP67 stainless steel housing, with a pressure resistance of 30 bar, and a medium temperature range of -10 to 60℃. It determines the flow rate by two PTC sensors, without blades or moving parts, resistant to dirt and water scale, automatically stops when the flow is interrupted, preventing evaporator freezing and compressor running without water. The switch point can be reset within the range of 10–60 cm/s by using the E40212 teaching button or programming cable, with a step of 5 cm/s. The CGAM pure water machine comes with this setting out of the box; for the ethylene glycol machine, SWT03334 with a speed of 15 cm/s is selected according to TOPSS.
