SC0523 (Engineering Number X13790871020) is a heat diffusion electronic flow switch of Trane's OEM IFM brand. It is a white-label product with an output setting of 35 cm/s at factory. It is powered by 24V AC/DC (±15%) and features 1/2″ NPT thread, M12 quick connector, and an IP67 stainless steel probe. It uses two PTC sensors to detect the temperature difference of the medium, without blades or moving parts, and is resistant to dirt, water, and scaling. When the flow rate is lower than the set point, it outputs a switch signal to prevent the evaporator from freezing and the compressor from operating with low flow. It is compatible with AquaStream, CenTraVac, Series R, Sintesis, XStream and other units.
