Details:
York 371-05169-505 IGBT Module (IGBT Assembly, Phase Bank), used for the inverter section of York water-cooled unit VSD frequency conversion drive cabinet. It adopts IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) technology, forming single-phase power modules in the three-phase output (A/B/C) of the inverter, consisting of IGBT chips and mounting substrates, and installed on the liquid-cooled heat sink. Controlled by the PWM signal from the VSD logic board, it converts the DC electricity from the DC bus into adjustable voltage and frequency AC output, driving the compressor motor to achieve variable frequency speed regulation. Partial load energy saving can reach 30%. It is suitable for replacing single-phase IGBT breakdown, output phase loss, overcurrent alarm, etc. Authorized service personnel are required to operate.

Product Description

 

York 371-02757-000 Original Trigger Control Service Kit (Service Kit, Trigger Control), for York Style B liquid-cooled solid-state starter (LCSSS) control cabinet. Applicable models include SSS 7L-B, 14L-B, 26L-B, 33L-B, and 7LK-B, 14LK-B, 26LK-B, 33LK-B.
The core of the kit is the logic/trigger board (Logic/Trigger Board). According to York's official manual, this board uses a microprocessor, digital signal processor (DSP), and programmable logic device (PLD), integrating the functions of the two separate analog logic boards and trigger boards in the earlier Style A solid-state starter into one board, which is installed in the starter cabinet.
Functions: ① Send trigger pulses to the gate of each SCR controllable silicon at precise timing and phase angle, gradually increasing the conduction angle to achieve soft motor starting and suppressing inrush current; ② Continuously monitor the motor operating current; ③ Immediately block the trigger output and safely shut down when there is overcurrent, phase loss, overheating, or SCR failure; ④ The board sends current range codes (CT ratio 700:1 / 1400:1 / 2600:1 / 3300:1) to the microprocessor board through J1 connector jumper arrangement to achieve correct current calibration and protection; ⑤ Communicate with the OptiView control center microprocessor board via a three-core serial communication link (connected to TB1), uploading starter operation data, fault information, and historical records every 2 seconds.
