YORK 031-02505-001 Logic Trigger Board (Approximately 150 words)
The YORK 031-02505-001 Logic Trigger Board is the original factory core circuit board for the solid-state starter (LCSSS) of the York OptiView chiller unit. It is responsible for the triggering of the SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) gate and the monitoring of the motor operation. In case of overcurrent, phase loss, overheating and other abnormalities, it immediately cuts off the trigger output and performs a safe shutdown. At the same time, it transmits the fault code to the control center Microboard and displays the cause of the fault via the serial port.
The onboard dip switch can set the Modbus address, and it also has an optically isolated serial port and RS-485 interface, which is compatible with both new and old models. It is a key spare part for restoring the startup function of the chiller unit.
