Working principle：
Rectification stage: The alternating current at industrial frequency is first rectified and filtered to become a smooth DC bus voltage.
Inverter stage (the core of this board): Multiple sets of IGBTs (insulated gate bipolar transistors) on the board operate at high-speed on-off at frequencies of several kHz under the control of driving signals, converting the direct current into adjustable pulse width modulation (PWM) waveforms with variable widths.
Frequency and voltage regulation: The control chip adjusts the frequency and duty cycle of the PWM according to the motor's requirements, outputting three-phase alternating current with adjustable frequency and voltage. This drives the compressor motor to operate with stepless speed variation.
Detection and protection: Real-time data from onboard current, voltage, and temperature sensors is transmitted. Once overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, or short circuit occurs, the driving pulses are immediately blocked and the machine is shut down to prevent the power module from exploding.
IGBT combines the advantages of MOSFET's low driving power and bipolar transistor's lower conduction voltage, and is the absolute main component for medium and large power frequency conversion drives.
