2. Double Wave Tube Sealing Structure

It adopts a cartridge-style double wave tube structure, equipped with ceramic + silicon carbide dual sealing end faces, which belongs to the oil-immersed "wet seal" design. During operation, the sealing surfaces are continuously covered by the lubricating oil film, forming a dual sealing barrier to prevent the leakage of refrigerant and also lubricating and cooling the sealing surfaces, significantly reducing the wear rate. The sealing end faces are made of dense and pore-free silicon carbide material, which does not adsorb refrigerant and refrigerating oil, avoiding foaming, peeling, and failure. At the same time, it has excellent thermal conductivity, which can quickly disperse the friction heat. The wave tube components are resistant to refrigerant corrosion and aging, and are not prone to creep under long-term pressure, and have a longer fatigue life under alternating temperature and humidity conditions.
