Product Description

 

Emerson / ALCO TRAE+40HC thermal expansion valve (corresponding part for Trane ServiceFirst: VAL06614 / VAL06615), specially designed for medium-sized commercial air conditioning, chillers, roof units, heat pumps and refrigeration applications. Suitable for R22 refrigerant, nominal cooling capacity 40 tons (approximately 142kW), external balanced structure, balance pipe interface 1/4" SAE, inlet and outlet 7/8×1-1/8 ODF welding, straight-through type. It adopts a double balance valve design, which can compensate for pressure fluctuations caused by environmental temperature, defrosting and evaporative load changes, ensuring stable operation; stainless steel power head is corrosion-resistant and detachable for maintenance, large diaphragm precisely controls the superheat, and includes an inlet filter. Maximum working pressure 450psig (31bar)
