Core Installation Point: It is installed on the exhaust process interface at the compressor outlet, usually at a straight pipe section 10 to 30 cm downstream of the exhaust outlet, avoiding air flow disturbance components such as bends and three-way valves; the temperature sensing end of the sensor is inserted into the pipe and is located in the center of the air flow, capable of accurately detecting the high-temperature refrigerant gas temperature discharged by the compressor, serving as the signal collection source for the exhaust overheating protection of the unit.
2. Unit Corresponding Markings: In the electrical system of York units, it corresponds to the exhaust temperature sensor RT2. The sensor's wiring terminal is connected through a dedicated wiring harness to the corresponding temperature input terminal on the main control board, participating in the logic for over-limit protection of compressor exhaust temperature.
