025-28386-000 is the original factory miniature female connector (Contacts, Sockets) of York (YORK). It is produced by Johnson Controls. It is the dedicated contact for the P8 and P9 connectors (22-bit and 20-bit) of York's graphic control center/microcomputer control center. P8 and P9 are compatible. This connector is inserted or pressed into the connector housing and engages with the corresponding male pin, conducting the signal and power transmission between the control center wiring harness and the microcomputer board. The contact is the only component in the connector that directly participates in electrical conduction. After long-term insertion and removal or vibration, it is prone to elastic attenuation and an increase in contact resistance, resulting in intermittent signals, abnormal display, false alarms, and even control failure.
