 Disassembly and Installation Procedure

#### 1. Preparations before Maintenance

After the unit is shut down normally, cut off the control power supply and hang the maintenance sign; wait for at least 30 minutes until the compressor has completely stopped rotating, the oil pressure has dropped to normal pressure, and the oil temperature has decreased. Prepare an oil collection container, new filter elements of the same model, matching O-ring seals, torque wrenches, and cleaning tools.

2. Disassembly Steps

1. Close the manual isolation valves at the inlet and outlet of the oil filter, completely cutting off the oil path.
2. Open the top pressure relief port of the filter housing, use a hose to transfer the remaining refrigerant and residual oil in the interior to a dedicated recovery container; then remove the bottom oil discharge screw to empty the residual oil in the housing.
3. Counter-clockwise loosen the locking nut of the filter housing, remove the filter housing cylinder; take out the old filter element, observe the form of impurities on the filter material surface, and keep a record of the wear condition of the unit.
4. Clean the inner wall of the filter housing, the sealing end faces above and below, of oil stains, impurities, and old sealing residues.

 3. Installation Steps

1. Check that the new filter element is undamaged, apply a layer of clean refrigeration oil evenly on the surface of the new O-ring seal, and accurately insert the seal ring into the sealing groove.
2. Align the new filter element with the positioning column on the base and install it, ensuring it is centered without any deviation.
3. Replace the filter housing cylinder, manually align the threads, and use a torque wrench to lock it with a torque of 30-40 N·m, avoiding excessive tightness that causes the seal to deform.
4. Close the bottom oil discharge screw, slowly open the inlet valve to fill with oil, and simultaneously open the top exhaust port to expel air. Wait until the oil flows out, then close the exhaust port.
5. Fully open the inlet and outlet isolation valve, check that there is no leakage at all sealing surfaces.
