Trane KIT07614 is a liquid refrigerant filter kit by Trane, with the original factory reference number X09110408010. It is suitable for R134a systems and includes one filter element and two filter shell gaskets. It can replace KIT-7614. It is compatible with screw water chillers such as RTAC, RTAD, RTAF, RTWB, RTUB, RTWD, and RTUD. It is installed in the liquid pipe filter housing between the condenser and the expansion valve to intercept impurities and moisture in the refrigerant, protecting the compressor and the throttling device.

Product Description

 

① The kit comes with two gaskets, but only one is needed. This is the most confusing part - the original factory provides two different-sized filter shell gaskets. When installing, choose the matching one according to the actual filter shell model, and discard the other one.
② Filter element dimensions: approximately ID 43.1 mm × OD 78.5 mm × length 140.1 mm. The filtration accuracy is approximately 25 microns. The filter material is glass fiber folded + desiccant, providing both filtration and drying functions (removing impurities, moisture, acidic substances).
③ It is compatible with FLR0468E: FLR0468E is the filter shell (Refrigerant Filter Shell), and KIT07614 is the filter element kit installed inside. If the customer only orders KIT07614, it means only the core is required; if the filter shell is leaking, then FLR0468E is needed.
