025-32938-001 is a York (YORK) crankcase heater (Crankcase Heater), produced by Johnson Controls, used for heating the lubricating oil of York chiller screw compressors. During the shutdown of the unit, the refrigerant will migrate and dissolve into the lubricating oil, resulting in dilution of the oil and a decline in lubrication performance. When restarted, it is prone to cause liquid impact in the compressor and component wear.
