Copeland ZR380KCE-TWD Scroll Compressor, 30HP

The Emerson Carrier Copeland ZR380KCE-TWD belongs to the ZR series of large commercial scroll compressors. It is suitable for refrigerants such as R407C, R134a, and R22. With a nominal power of 30 HP, it has an exhaust volume of 87.5 m³/h and a cooling capacity of approximately 80 kW under 50Hz conditions. The power supply specifications are three-phase 380–420V/50Hz (compatible with 460V/60Hz in the same series), with a maximum operating current of 62.5 A, a no-load current of 310 A, and a winding resistance of 0.37 Ω. It adopts axial and radial flexible scroll technology, which has strong liquid impact resistance, low internal leakage, and high volumetric efficiency. It is equipped with an internal exhaust temperature protection (ASTP) thermistor and a low-leakage exhaust check valve, ensuring smooth operation, low noise and vibration. The interface is welded, with an intake diameter of 1-5/8″ and an exhaust diameter of 1-3/8″. The factory pre充 POE refrigerating oil is 6.3 liters， and the net weight is approximately 177 kg. The protection level is IP54. It is suitable for roof-mounted units， chiller units， precision air conditioners， and parallel units.
