York 371-04164-001 VSD IGBT Board

Model 371-01746-344 is the original factory VSD trigger board/driver board type control board, mainly used for the frequency converter power circuit control of York variable frequency water chillers. It is usually installed in the VSD cabinet and is responsible for receiving the main control signal and driving power devices such as IGBT/SCR to ensure stable operation of the compressor under variable frequency mode.
If this board component experiences poor contact, component aging, abnormal driving, or insulation degradation, it may cause VSD failures, inability to load the compressor, abnormal current, frequent shutdowns, or alarms such as overcurrent/direct current bus abnormalities.
Before replacement, it is necessary to ensure that the unit is completely powered off, and check the appearance of the old board, terminal blocks, plug numbers and installation positions to avoid version mismatches.
